SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE From the kitchen of Donna Wagner INGREDIENTS Preheat oven to 350 Degrees F. Beat with mixer 4 cups sweet potatoes (3 pounds fresh equals 4 cups) 1 cup granulated sugar 1/2 cup melted butter 1 teaspoons vanilla (not artificial extract) 2 beaten eggs Mix together by hand: 1 cup brown sugar 1/3 cup flour 1/2 cup butter 1/2 cup walnuts After mixing, put this on top of the previously mixed ingredients. Bake at 250 Degrees F for 35 to 40 minutes. Enjoy.
